Yes. The Founding Membership and Founding Botox offers may be purchased by patients of either Campbell Dermatology & Aesthetics location. Membership credits and prepaid Botox units may be redeemed at either our McMinnville or Beaverton office beginning October 14, 2026. The same redemption dates, expiration dates, and offer terms apply at both locations. Appointments and treatments are subject to provider and service availability.
Do Campbell Collective membership credits roll over?
Yes. Paid membership credits roll over while your membership remains active. Promotional credits may be subject to the terms outlined in the membership agreement.
How long are Founding Botox units available?
Prepaid Botox units may be used from October 14, 2026 through October 13, 2027. Any unused units expire at the end of the package term.
Can I purchase both a Founding Membership and a Founding Botox package?
Yes. The offers are separate, and patients may purchase both while availability remains. Each offer requires its own checkout and agreement.
What happens after the complimentary membership month?
Your initial $199 payment becomes your first treatment credit. A complimentary $199 promotional credit is added approximately 30 days later at no additional charge. Regular $199 monthly billing begins approximately 60 days after your initial purchase.
Can I use my membership credit to purchase a Botox presale package?
No. Founding Botox packages are separate presale purchases and must be paid for through their designated checkout links.
Can I divide my Botox units across multiple appointments?
Yes. Your units may be used across multiple treatments during the package term. Your provider will recommend an appropriate treatment schedule and dosage based on your individual needs.
